Kids Shorts: French Vintage 60's-70's Childs-Kids Unisex Children's Red Candy Striped Shorts or Short Pants BNOS - KC2/51

Here we have a pair of shorts probably originally for girls but they would be
good for boys too. They are in a wonderfully happy red and white candy stripe,
designed in a Bermuda style and marked with the Fairbanks tag on the right
pocket. Attached original sales ticket marks Tham as "Bermuda Popeye". These
are brand new old stock, or Dead Stock.

Size 150 / 12 years - in polyester cotton.

We could not believe our luck when we were invited to check out a whole store
room full of vintage clothing from a shop local to us in France, that closed
many years ago. It seems that sometimes in France, a business will just close
the doors and the owners retire, without ever making any provision for their
old business; it sits and waits until time takes its toll and the family have
to clear out the buildings. That is exactly what happened here; the family
called us in and could not believe that we actually wanted some of the stock
and were happy to even pay for it! It turned their sad occasion into a smiley
day, and we were happy too. We mainly have children's clothing but there are
some stunning adult pieces.
