Each product is printed on demand and doesn't sit in storage waiting for a
buyer. Please refer to the categories below for the amount of time needed to
create your order. This time does not include shipping time.

Apparel 2-7 business days
Non-Apparel 2-5 business days

While you should expect the time frame stated above, 97% of orders ship within
5 business days and more than half ship in 3 business day or less!



- CUSTOMIZATION -
Many of my items can be customized! From color changes, quote changes, added
personalization, etc. Please contact me with your ideas and let’s make it
happen!

While I have 100% creative control over the design of my products, I
unfortunately can’t make changes or alterations to the size/length/shape of the
products.



- RETURNS/EXCHANGES -
Each item is custom made just for you shortly after you submit your order. No
items are pre-made or kept in storage. Because of this returns or exchanges
aren’t a possibility. I have listed measurements and any details that I can for
each product to help you get a feel for it. If you have any questions at all or
need help with sizing please contact me. I am always happy to help!

While all orders are reviewed for quality control before they are shipped out,
if you do have a problem with an order please contact me within 3 business days
so I can fix it.
